The founder
Mansoor Ameen has done this since 1999.
He opened Linking Overseas in 2012, and he still sits in on the first meeting himself. That is the whole model. Keep the practice small enough that nobody has to be handed on, and answer the phone when it rings.
He will tell you when a university is not worth what it charges, and when your profile is strong enough to aim higher.
