Study abroad applications and SOP help
Applications are lost to missing documents and weak statements far more often than to weak grades. We assemble the whole file and read every line before it goes in.
The short answer
We prepare and submit your university applications: a statement of purpose built from an interview with you, recommendation letters planned with your referees, transcripts and scores in each university’s format, and every portal tracked to its deadline. You write the statement; we structure it and edit it hard. There is no charge.
Why do strong students still get rejected?
A UK or Canadian application asks for eight to twelve documents, each with its own format, and rejects the file silently if one is wrong. Meanwhile the statement of purpose, the only part that is genuinely yours, is usually written the night before the deadline.
We treat the SOP as the centre of the application and the paperwork as a checklist that simply must not fail.
What makes a statement of purpose work?
A good SOP names the specific thing you want to study and the concrete reason you are pointed at it, in the first paragraph. The rest is evidence: projects, jobs and results that show the reason is real, then why this course at this university is the next step.
What does not work is the opening we see most often: a childhood memory, a famous quotation, or a sentence about technology changing the world. Admissions readers see all three every morning.

What is included
SOP development
Two to three drafts with structured feedback, written in your voice rather than a template.
Recommendation strategy
Who to ask, what to give them, and how to follow up without chasing.
Document assembly
Transcripts, degree certificates, marksheets, CV and English scores, in the format each university requires.
Portal submission and tracking
We submit, log every reference number, and chase decisions so you are not refreshing a portal.
What we do, and what you do
We
- List exactly what each university needs, and what you are missing.
- Interview you, then structure and edit your statement across two or three drafts.
- Brief your referees on what a useful letter says.
- Check every document against each university’s format before upload.
- Submit, log reference numbers and chase decisions.
You
- Write the statement yourself, from our structure and feedback.
- Ask your referees, and give them the notes we prepare.
- Collect official transcripts and certificates from your college.
- Pay application fees directly to the universities that charge them.
How long does the application stage take?
Week 1
Document audit and the SOP interview.
Weeks 2–4
SOP drafts, referee briefing, transcripts requested from your college.
Weeks 4–6
Applications submitted, ahead of deadlines rather than on them.
2–10 weeks after submission
Decisions arrive, depending on the country and the university.
How it runs
Document audit
We list exactly what each shortlisted university needs and what you are missing.
SOP drafting
A structured interview, then drafts and revisions until the statement makes your case properly.
Submission
Applications filed against each deadline, with copies of everything sent to you.
Offer management
We explain each offer, its conditions, and which deposit is worth paying.
Which documents will you need?
Almost every application
- Passport, valid for the length of your course
- Degree marksheets and consolidated transcript
- Degree or provisional certificate
- Statement of purpose
- Two recommendation letters, academic or professional
- CV
- English test score, or evidence of English-medium study
Sometimes
- GRE or GMAT score (mostly USA)
- Portfolio (design, architecture, media)
- Work experience letters
- Backlog or gap explanation
Mistakes we see most often
Writing the SOP last
It is the only part of the file that is genuinely yours, and it needs two or three drafts.
One statement for every university
Readers can tell. The final paragraph at least must be about their course.
Late transcripts
Indian colleges can take weeks to issue sealed transcripts. Request them at the start.
Missing the conditions on an offer
A conditional offer is not a place until every condition is met, by the date it states.
