Student visa consultants in Chennai

Nearly every refusal we review comes down to money: not the amount, but how it was held and how it was evidenced. We build the file to the current rules and rehearse you before you submit.

The short answer

We prepare student visa files for the UK, Canada, Australia, the USA, Europe and Dubai from our office in Egmore, Chennai. We check your funds against the current rule, build every document, and rehearse the interview or genuine-student answers before anything is submitted. It is free, including a review of a file you prepared elsewhere.

Why are student visas refused?

The financial rules are short and unforgiving. A single dip below the required balance during the qualifying period, a bank statement without a verifiable letterhead, or a conditional loan letter will each sink an otherwise strong application.

And in the USA and Australia, the interview or genuine-student assessment decides the case on your answers rather than your paperwork. Very few applicants prepare for that properly.

How much money does each student visa ask you to show?

Every destination sets its own living-cost figure, on top of any tuition you have not yet paid. These are the amounts in force on the date below.

The UK also expects unpaid first-year tuition; Canada and Australia expect first-year tuition. We recalculate for your course on the day you apply.

What does the interview or genuine-student check actually test?

It tests whether your plan hangs together: why this course, why this university, how it is paid for, and what you will do afterwards. For a US F-1 visa that happens in a consular interview lasting a few minutes. For Australia it is a set of written answers of up to 150 words each in the application.

Strong answers are specific and consistent with your documents. Weak ones are rehearsed phrases that collapse at the first follow-up question. We run mock sessions until yours are the first kind.

How long does a student visa take from Chennai?

  1. UK

About three weeks for a standard decision from outside the UK; priority usually five working days for £500. You can apply up to six months before the course starts.

  2. Canada

Varies by season; IRCC publishes current processing times. Allow extra time before the September intake.

  3. Australia

Varies; lodge as soon as your Confirmation of Enrolment and funds are ready.

  4. USA

Decided at the interview. The wait for an interview slot is the variable, so book as soon as the I-20 arrives.

  5. Europe

Each country differs, and the appointment is usually the bottleneck. Start as soon as the admission is final.

How it runs

  1. Eligibility and funds check

We confirm the current requirement for your destination and course, and the date your funds must be in place.

  2. File assembly

Every document collected, checked and formatted before anything is uploaded.

  3. Rehearsal

A mock interview or credibility session, repeated if your answers are not yet solid.

  4. Submit and track

Filed, biometrics booked, and the decision followed to the passport in your hand.

Which documents will you need?

Most student visas

  • University acceptance: CAS (UK), letter of acceptance (Canada), CoE (Australia) or I-20 (USA)
  • Evidence of funds: bank statements, loan sanction letter or scholarship letter
  • Sponsor’s letter and proof of relationship, if a parent’s account is used
  • Academic certificates and English test score listed in your offer
  • Tuberculosis or medical test certificate, where the country requires it

Mistakes we see most often

Funds that dipped for a day

The UK counts every day of the 28. One low balance restarts the clock.

Statements a caseworker cannot verify

Printouts without the bank’s details, or summaries instead of daily balances, invite questions.

Using last year’s figure

Canada, Sweden and Australia have all changed their numbers recently. Check the rule on the day you apply.

Memorised interview answers

An officer hears the same phrases all day. Know your own plan well enough to explain it plainly.
